  • Discovery Call

    Inquire on the contact page and we we will schedule a call. We start with learning about your business. I love hearing all the details! You’ll share the kind of help and support you’re looking for. Overall, we’ll make sure we’re a good fit!

  • Kickoff Call

    Once we decide to make it official, we’ll schedule a kickoff call. This is when we get all your systems connected, access to the platforms we need, and make sure your payment processors are all set.

  • Bookkeeping Services

    The best part! We manage everything and share simple reports each month. The first month or two, we’ll also jump on a call to answer your questions, explain the reports, and make usre you understand exactly what’s happening.

  • This depends on the clients needs and complexities of the business. After our initial chat we will review and send a proposal for an exact amount. To give you an idea, our base rate starts at $350/ month.

  • No, we do not provide tax services. We will have your books ready for a tax professional to review though. This will save your accountant time, which will save you money. Not to worry though, we have some wonderful accountants we can refer.

  • While bookkeeping is an important part of being ready for taxes, there is much more to it! Here are just a few other reasons:

    • Allows you a clear picture of your finances

    • Helpful in an audit

    • Helps you apply and obtain a loan

    • Catches errors or fraudulent activity

    • Saves you money

  • We make it easy! During the onboarding process we will give you an automatic ACH recurring payment form, sign it and you’re good to go. The payment will be drafted on the 1st of every month.

  • No contract is required, however there are no partial month refunds.

  • Yes. After we chat and both decide it would be a good fit, an engagement letter will be sent as part of the onboarding process. The engagement letter helps both of us be on the same page with expectations.

  • Communication is a top priority, and you will receive a response to an email, text or phone call within 24-48 business hours.
